Group Pilates classes are specifically designed for mixed abilities, from beginners to intermediate. Class numbers are limited to enable every client to benefit fully from teaching instruction. Please contact us to check availability.
Pilates classes run for 60 minutes and includes the following to provide a holistic mind and body workout:
