What You Can Expect
From beginning to end, this Retreat is all about you – taking time out from the day to day tasks and endless ‘to-do’ lists, to re-connect with your body, mind and soul. To give back to yourself.
This Retreat is suitable for mixed fitness abilities from beginners to intermediate.

Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
There is a minimum number of people required for the break to run. Breaks will be cancelled if numbers are insufficient 2 weeks before the start of the break
